The record is of the place, not the person. Occupant input is voluntary and anonymous, attaching to the threshold and the question. In residential and guest areas, only common-area facility events are recorded — never inside a dwelling or room. Owner-sovereign; GDPR-compliant via DWNTWN Global (Singapore) with DPA + SCCs; governed by the Concordat, a published, unamendable constitution (CC0). Privacy is the condition that makes the tool usable — not the product.
